MISLEADING ART RETURN POLICY One of the two bras came to me with a rip, unsewn. Disgusted because I neither sew nor want to sew nor do I want to pay to have it sewn. After contacting customer service they propose the following: Dear user: -Thank you for your message, the video and the photo of the defect. Is a refund of 50% of the amount of the product okay?? -I naively believed that if I paid €9.80 they would refund me €4.90 +++ERRRROOOOORRRRRR -Your question was a tongue twister of so many hundreds. HAANreturned €2.15 -They have answered me: Dear Rosa. In the previous chat my colleague offered her a 50% refund of the cost of a bra. The cost of 2 bras is 9.80 euros, of a bra 4.90 euros. 50% of 4.90 euros is 2.45 euros. -WITH A LOT OF INTELLIGENCE NOT TO SAY 50% OF A BRA THEY SAY -50% OF THE PRODUCT . -THE PRODUCT THAT I PURCHASED WERE -TWO GENTLEMEN BRAS, NOT ONE AND -IN ANY CASE THEY HAVE DONE WRONGLY.
