The product matches the order and was well-packaged; however, delivery arrived only on the final day before the warranty expired, and only after several reminders.. This was not specified at the time of ordering, nor was the likelihood of a late delivery. The estimated delivery date at the time of order acceptance was: May 10 – June 9. Delivery took place only today: July 24, with a delay of well over a month.

Product is good as it always was, very well packed, needs about two months to arrive to Serbia. This time I didn't pay additional taxes, that's the only questionable thing about this order, sometimes you pay 5 € custom's tax, sometimes not. That thing is nothing related to the original seller of the product, but maybe Joom as a provider can investigate this situation with serbian customs personnel. Thanks.

The customer should be informed from the beginning - it is an European Trader, but the articles will be posted from India - so the customer will get the customs documents to fill out, and after that one has to pay the customs additional to the quite high price of the product. So the information is lacking.

Shipping time was OK. I can't say anything about the item yet. But: 'Free delivery' is a lie. Import duties on items from India. Therefore, price-performance very poor. Not worth it. A wheel of fortune or discount doesn't help either. No recommendation!!!!

Everything came well packaged and undamaged. These are Ayurvedic medicines from a very good Indian company HIMALAYA. I'm very happy. I'll buy this again. Thank you dear seller. Thanks Joom.

I like this product as I liked it before, I just want to let you know that this time for some unexplainable reason I was charged an extra 5€ in taxes (the first time buying it was tax free).

Non hygienic non certified possibly harmful with arsenic and other heavy metals. Joom not communicating regarding refund

A bag should arrive and two jars arrived. It smells like aloe vera. I don't know the quality, but there's a way. I'm satisfied.
