very nice lamp, but: it came without a user manual and when we asked the very friendly support, we received a video sent by the seller with instructions on how to set it up. It was more helpful, but the cable clutter still prevailed. It would make a lot of sense for future buyers to send an instruction manual, as the lamp consists of what feels like a few hundred parts. Unfortunately, a ball of the lamp broke. There is room for improvement, but as I said, the lamp looks very nice and now we are very satisfied ****

The delivery naturally took time. I had my concerns that it wouldn't arrive in good condition, as the product is delivered from a distant country. When it arrived, I was very, very positively surprised: The package had no damage anywhere. The product was delivered in TOP condition. It's my first order at JOOM and I must say; PRAISE to JOOM and the seller. Good job!

I bought the 24 version and I have to say that the lamp itself looks good. Unfortunately, the materials used are very cheap. There are no instructions and it takes a lot of time to assemble. You should have some knowledge of electrical engineering in order to be able to connect the lamp properly. In my opinion, this lamp is extremely overpriced.

We are very happy with the lamp. Price/performance is top. We were also pleased with the transparency throughout the entire delivery period up to delivery. We are very positively surprised and would order from Joom again at any time. This was our first order here. Unfortunately, we cannot say anything about the complaints service as everything was to our satisfaction.

It's always nice to be able to purchase a product at a reasonable price, BUT: The product is equipped with extremely thin wires, the electrical mounting hardware is completely missing, and the connector between the ceiling mount and the central component from which the lights emanate is 1cm thick instead of the 8-10cm thick expected from the picture. Perhaps a component is missing here as well.
