Ordered Darsonval Hairstyler, Delivered Protect, looks completely different from my ordered item. The product was sent only in the manufacturer's box and not in a cardboard box Where can I return the item? I waive a replacement delivery and withdraw from the order due to the bad experience. I cannot assess the quality of the item because I have not tested the incorrectly delivered product.. PLEASE FOR ADDRESS TO WHICH I CAN RETURN THE ITEM !!!! 21.01.2026

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE BECAUSE OF THE DELAY. They have 100 days to deliver, do not trust the deadline they stipulate for delivery, my order was 9 days late, when it arrived on the last day, they recalculated the delivery date without warning and without my consent. You cannot cancel the purchase due to the delay and failure to meet the delivery deadline. You can only request a refund if the product does not arrive within 100 days. Terrible store, I do not buy something to receive it in 90 or 100 days.
