A very simple control panel, I figured it out even before I read the instructions. The advice in the instructions is to start training at a lower speed and only 1-3 minutes early and in the evening. My first trining in the morning on 2 speed 3 min. I really liked. Before rubbing, you need to drink a glass of water. I bought this simulator because I have a problem with my legs, initial lymphostasis, this is poor lymph drainage and swelling of the lower limbs in the lower legs. In the video, I show the operation of the simulator, speed 5 and for 1 minute. The simulator itself has weight, there is a handle for convenient carrying, the simulator also has 4 rubber legs so that it can hold onto the surface well during work. The work surface itself is comfortable for legs, even for mine, which are already deformed and enlarged in the lower legs due to illness.
