The most horrible experience I had with the people at Joom related to this particular product, so you can see through the fog, you can't see clearly, to which I sent a video and they confirmed it. I was told that in this case they reimburse me 50% of the amount, to which they asked for confirmation and after I confirmed if I agree, they put an unusual condition on me, such as making a video of how I completely damage this product, like to convince themselves that for sure this product will no longer be able to be used, so where is the logic?? If it was to come so completely damaged, it was to return the full amount. By the way, the phone is new, perfect, when I was filming it was focused like the world

In 18 days in SPAIN I thought they were going to be bigger since it did not put specifications, if it was for the body or for feet but it is definitely for very small feet. If it was for feet without hesitation but if it is for the body I would not take them nevertheless the package looks good a little bruised but whole product

The value of this product, at customs, is 46.13 lei. Careful! Joom with "logistics that unites parcels" causes additional expenses to buyers and evades through ignorance and misleading from the resolution of the conflicts created. For this product, the customs fee cost me 14.76 lei.
