The evaluation I make refers to the support provided by Joom Customer Support, the delivery time and the packaging of the product. I ordered on April 13th, arrived today. I haven't tested the product yet, so I can't assess its quality yet, I can only do so after using it. Arrived well packaged and with all components.. I await the remaining products that I purchased in the same order. I hope they arrive soon. Thanks. A few months have passed since receiving the product. I've used it a lot, it's excellent quality. I am very happy with the purchase of this product.

According to the description it should be sterling silver, but there is no hallmark And I'm not sure if it's really real silver because of the way it's made, it's badly processed, the stone is said to be opal, but I'm not sure if it's really a natural opal stone or if it's something imitation The middle is very thin and looks like something was inserted with insufficient material
