Unfortunately, the jacket, because it's not really a coat, is much too small. I usually wear size XL and already ordered XXL. It's still too small. The sleeves are too short and the circumference is also not sufficient, it's tight. This is not the first time that the clothing does not correspond to EU or US sizes (two relatively inexpensive leisure trousers) and then you are supposed to take pictures of the items and upload them as proof. The jacket or coat was not cheap at over € 90.00 and in the end you regret, just like with the mentioned trousers, having ordered from Joom at all. Very unfortunate, thank you very much

This sweater doesn't look anything like the photos. It's way too big and of horrible quality. If I want to return it and get a refund I have to send it back to CHINA, it's absurd, it will cost me more than the price of the sweater. No more exchanges possible by email because the email address I was writing to no longer accepts messages, as if by chance... first and last time on this site 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Unfortunately, I first ordered size 3XL/DVDD5Y94, and the measurements were incorrect according to the size chart.. Subsequently ordered size 4XL/VL78GLLL, the measurements were even worse than the previous 3XL model. The measurements according to her pattern sheet are bust width 108 cm and total length 108 cm. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and then contacted JOOM. Without much discussion they made me a return slip which I had to pay 4 euros for but the rest of the money was credited to me and I was able to place a new order with the correct size. So JOOM can be trusted ← I'm convinced of that now Thank you JOOM!

I bought what in the photo appeared to be a long plaid coat with a burgundy velvet lapel, and I received a red fleece coat with black buttons. Insane. It doesn't seem like I can return it for free; it looks like I have to pay for the return. So, I buy one thing and get something completely different, and on top of that, I have to pay more.! No way will I buy here again, nor do I recommend it.

I ordered size 43 and got size 46 and they are much too big for me and the store where JOOM picked up this product does not take the shoes back :( I would like to avoid such stores! But JOOM refunded me the entire amount anyway and I can keep the shoes♥ maybe one of my friends will fit it☺ ♥I love JOOM♥
