Double-barreled toy gun shell ejector soft bullet launcher air gun launcher outdoor sports CS game children's gift

The child is happy. Works on batteries, it's more fun with them, but it also ejects cartridges without them.

How do I charge it? No instructions, no description, just a piece of metal.

Thank you very much son very satisfied
