The product is received correctly in its original packaging and comes with a seal that I don't know if it is from official Canon or the distributor, but the lens is correctly protected inside as from the factory. I did feel the zoom ring somewhat loose. But being of external movement "the lens becomes longer", it seems that those tolerances are different from my Canon 70-200 IS lenses which are much smoother. The focus seems to work correctly, so I haven't found any issues and I can say that everything is as expected.

First purchase on this platform, I was a bit scared but everything went well. I purchased a Canon R at a super competitive price, unique on the market. The camera is complete with box and all original accessories. Communication with the seller was excellent, he answered all my doubts and was able to help me. Very fast and protected shipping, arrival time 15 working days. What can I say, I will definitely buy from him again! Top!

Best seller ever! Lens arrived in Italy in 7 working days, perfect, new with box, complete with lens hood and all accessories. I purchased body + lens from him and it was the best choice ever. His products are new and at a unique price online. Super recommended, I will buy from him again in the future 😁

Everything was fine. I checked everything on this camera before leaving my feedback here. I loved it! Also, it was delivered 2–5 days before my graduation, which I was worried about when I purchased it. The owner of this shop is very reliable , they replied quickly and answered all my questions and needs! <3 I recommend this shop. XOXO.

I bought the 70-200mm f/2.8L Sl USM lens and everything was correct, well packaged and the box intact, only the box by mistake is the one that leads to confusion. They sent me a Twitter in less than 3 hours and they solved it quickly. Thank you for everything and I will continue buying through Joom. Now it only remains to test it and enjoy it
