It works, but it depends a lot on the material you want to use it on. Some generate more static, which makes it harder to remove the hairs (they stick back to the surface). However, in general, it does what it's supposed to do, especially the metal part. It works particularly well on short pile carpets, I'm thinking of buying the large one specially for carpets.

They sent me a totally different product. Their customer support is horrible. I want my money back because they sent me the wrong product. But they offer a 50% refund. No possibility of return and also support is only via app. There is no phone number, no email, just chat. This was my first order and also my last. I cannot recommend buying anything on joom at all.
