Firstly the customer support is no help whatsoever. I got a size 3xl which I do on all sites.the material was cheap the faux fur was really bad ,I could not get my arms ins the sleeves ,my daughter who is uk 14 could just get in it but looks as horrible on as it does off.cant send it back as im 12 days in since I got it.i dont know anyone who would it wear .so im going to try a charity shop buy I even think they'd say noone wants it.its fair to say it looks nothing at all like the picture.so I've lost the £32 but ive found one else wear id advise you to do the same

Let me tell you that the quality is downright horrible it will never last both couples it looks like a 5 year old child did that in it and once put on us you can tell yourself that it is not going to last long it will be to take out the trash more than anything else I don't think I'll buy it again because there are two catastrophic comments on this
