Feature:
1. Main Purpose: Inductive energy transfer equalization board, which can significantly balance the battery voltage and improve the overall efficiency of the battery pack.
2. Voltage Difference: When the voltage difference between adjacent batteries is above 0.1V, the chip will trigger equalization work, and stop working when the voltage difference is within 0.03V.
3. Battery Protection: When charging and discharging on the battery pack, there is an adjacent voltage difference to trigger equalization work, reducing battery maintenance costs.
4. Good Performance: Built in ultra low internal resistance MOS, balance current 0?1.2A, the voltage difference is smaller, the smaller the current, the static consumption does not exceed 20microamps.
5. Applicable Battery: 5S inductive battery balancer, which is convenient and reliable connection, universal for ternary iron lithium battery, not suitable for LTO lithium titanate battery.
Specification:
Item Type: Active Battery Equalizer
Material: PCB
Harness Specification: 22AWG
Technical Parameter:
Working Voltage: 2.04.5V
Applicable Battery: Universal for ternary iron lithium battery, LTO lithium titanate battery is not applicable.
Balance Current:
The adjacent voltage difference is more than 0.1V (the current is about 0.50.7A);
The adjacent voltage difference is more than 0.2V (the maximum equilibrium current is 1.2A);
The smaller the voltage difference, the smaller the equalizing current.
Wiring Definition:
B, the total negative pole of the battery pack (the negative pole of the first battery)
B1, the positive pole of the first battery
B2, the positive pole of the second battery
B3, the positive pole of the third battery
B4, the positive pole of the fourth battery
B5, the positive pole of the fifth battery
.
Package List:
1 x Active Battery Equalizer
1 x Cable
Note:
1. It is based on the working principle of adjacent equalization and cannot be used as a maintenance tool. It must be connected to the battery for use. The pressure difference generated by charging and discharging triggers the work of the equalizing plate to realize energy transfer and equalization.2. The wiring color will be shipped randomly.Main Purpose: Inductive energy transfer equalization board, which can significantly balance the battery voltage and improve the overall efficiency of the battery pack.
