Photos cannot be attached; Photo is not uploading; Heads are only 30 cm wide for children and not size 5 XL. Of the four pairs of trousers delivered in total, none match the goods as I ordered them at the time.. 2 Black Trousers (Nos. Q8y39J4M and JV794NE4 arrived 5 sizes too small; ordered were 5 XL - arrived were Children's Trousers - with size S). However, these trousers, already photographed, are completely unusable due to massive discrepancies in size, design, and quality.. The other two trousers (green and black with number VLNE3J67) are not of the quality we wanted, however, we will keep them as they can be adjusted by a tailor.. Please note the following facts regarding the process: 1. Subject of the partial complaint: The transmitted photographs show exactly the two items that we are complaining about and returning. The fact that the optical characteristics and dimensions do not match the information in your system and the offer at the time justifies this complaint.. There has been a clear incorrect delivery. For these trousers, I request a full refund of the purchase price and reject a discount/partial payment.. 2. Timely reporting and dealer contact: The defects were properly reported by me on the day of delivery. Unfortunately, the responsible dealer does not respond to any messages and fails to fulfill their obligation to clarify. Since the purchase contract was concluded via your platform JOOM, I see you here as responsible for resolving the case within the scope of buyer protection.. 3. Partial Revocation: Due to the significant defects in this first delivery, I have already revoked the remaining, parallel ordered items in a timely manner before receiving them.. The dress does not match the photos shown in the product listing. The cut and overall appearance are significantly different from what was advertised. The product does not match the description or the photos. Under the top part of this two-piece dress set there is only a pleated skirt, not a complete dress as shown in the pictures. The top layer is much too short in the front and does not cover the skirt properly. As a result, the only way to wear it is to pull the skirt up above the chest and then try to cover it with the short top layer. This is completely different from the product shown in the advertisement and is not wearable as expected.

Everything was fine with the order, except as some people said in their reviews, the buttonholes had not been cut, so I had to do this before I could wear them. The fit was perfect, the length was as stated (I do not like ankle grazers), and the colour however was NOT what I expected. I ordered a black/grey, but it was a definite blue/grey, so that is why I have marked these lower than the other grey ones I received which were as expected.

Cardigan is not Marino wool, it's not wool at all. It is the most disappointing purchase I have ever bought from your company. The cardigan is mainly acrylic, very thin with a very poor shape. The price I paid for the item is so overpriced it's ridiculous. I could buy two cardigans of better quality from Penny's in Ireland. The only reason I bought it was it was advertised as Marino wool. Also there is no tag on the cardigan to say what the material is or indeed how to wash the item. I am very disappointed indeed.
