The instruction manual is more of a decorative accessory. The use of the watch is not explained there, you have to figure everything out yourself. The dial changes uncontrollably several times a day until I accidentally found out how it works. Stored data of blood pressure, heart rate, sleep are often only sporadically stored on the 24-hour table, pulling down the opened page connects and saves the data. Figuring everything out yourself is unacceptable for a SmartWatch in this price range. How to record the sleep rhythm I still haven't figured out after 5 days. An older 23€ Euro SmartWatch, on the other hand, meets all expectations. After about 6 weeks, nothing works anymore.
