"How to Use: 1. After washing your face, wet your nose and the area around it with water.
2. Wipe your hands dry to avoid getting water on the outside of the nose pack and remove the transparent film from the sheet.
3. Press the smooth side of the sheet firmly against the center of your nose and let it dry for 10-15 minutes.
After drying, slowly peel it off from the edges toward the center.
(Use once or twice a week. Do not use more than twice on the same area consecutively.)
