Important information regarding the operation of the hydro-sandblasting kit: Inspecting the ceramic sleeve: The kit is equipped with a ceramic sandblasting sleeve, which, due to its function, is subject to a natural abrasion process. Regular inspection of the sleeve is crucial to maintaining high operating efficiency and long-term use of the device. Need to replace the sleeve: If you notice visible signs of wear on the sleeve, it must be replaced immediately. Ignoring this step can lead to damage to the injector, which involves further repair or replacement costs. Sleeve as a consumable item: Please note that the sandblasting sleeve is not covered by the warranty, as wear is an inevitable part of the working process. Spare parts availability: We also offer spare sleeves, both ceramic and reinforced, made of hardened steel, which can be an alternative in case of intensive use of the set. Ensuring proper maintenance and timely replacement of consumables is crucial to maintaining the efficiency of your hydro-sandblasting set and preventing unnecessary breakdowns. Applications: Removing thick layers of rust, especially in hard-to-reach places like cracks and joints. Effective removal of old paints and varnishes. Cleaning welds, restoring cleanliness to metal joints. Cleaning stone surfaces, refreshing the appearance of facades, paths, and stairs. How the sandblasting kit works: It uses the injector principle, where high water pressure from the washer generates a vacuum, drawing sandblasting granules to the nozzle and directing it with great force onto the surface being cleaned. Durable components: Standard sandblasting nozzle made of porcelain, ensuring long-lasting use. Nozzles, both pressure and sandblasting, are made of highly wear-resistant materials, ensuring the set's effectiveness and durability. Set of 7 interchangeable sandblasting nozzles The set includes up to 7 precisely manufactured nozzles , which allow you to adjust the sandblasting set's operating parameters to various tasks and materials. This practical solution increases the lifespan of the entire system and improves user comfort. Longer kit life Interchangeable nozzles allow for easy replacement of consumables without having to buy a new sandblasting kit. When one wears out, you can reach for another and continue working without downtime. Simple assembly and replacement Nozzles are easily installed – simply remove the used one and insert a new one. The entire set is compatible with the included lance, and changing the nozzle takes only moments. Precision and effectiveness The set allows for effective cleaning of various surfaces – from metal and wood to concrete and stone – regardless of the degree of dirt and material hardness.
