Console came with an empty SD card, so no games loaded. So unfortunately completely unusable. Support is extremely complicated with 1000 videos that cannot be uploaded, has to be done via YouTube and no solution can be found. The error would be extremely easy to fix. It's a shame, but joom will definitely be deleted and never used again. Wasted money and wasted time with no result. Annoying.

The product came without the memory card. Now they tell me to buy one and they give me a tutorial to create one. I have asked for a refund since the first day and they ignore me. If this continues, this will be the last order I have made with Joom. After two weeks of sending photos, videos and all kinds of tests, they decided to refund my money, which arrived in 2 days, at least in that Joom stands out above the competition.

It's great doesn't play all games on every console but I knew what I was buying it lags mostly in n64 dreamcast but half the games will play it plays perfectly on ps1/nitendo ds/ game boy advance/gameboy/gameboy color and more. I would recommend it there aren't any better options at this price and it's really fun.

Very nice console. Lots of games. Works quickly. Worth its price. But there is a problem with the memory card on which the system and ROMs with games are saved. It starts only after several attempts.
