The thermal protection and compensation circuit provides a constant current limit within the operating range and during the under temperature over temperature reduction period. It will not suddenly lose power under any thermal conditions. The under voltage reduction function can prevent the battery voltage from being too low, including low voltage caused by external loads.

Note: The J5 terminal of the 1205M controller is deactivated by default. The wiring of the controller is the same as the old 1204M controller without the J5 terminal..
