Operation process:
1. After unpacking, shake the machine slightly and listen to the sound in the chassis to confirm whether the parts are loose.
2. Place the machine in a ventilated and dry place to ensure that the machine is in a horizontal position;
3. Add an appropriate amount of cleaning solution (2 3 groove depth <L<3 4 groove depth) as required for cleaning;
4. Connect the power plug correctly: Make sure that the power supply has a reliable grounding wire!
5. Adjust the ultrasonic working time:
Mechanical timing type: After turning on the power, turn the right timer knob clockwise to reach the required cleaning time on the 0 to 20 minute time dial. The indicator light is on and a ZIZI sound is emitted, indicating that the ultrasound starts to run.
Digital type: After the power is turned on, the right digital screen displays 0700 to indicate that the default setting time is 7 minutes and 00 seconds. Each time the TIME+ or TIME button is pressed, the time is increased or decreased by 1 minute. After the button is set, press the ON OFF button, the ultrasonic wave starts to work, and the digital timer counts down. The time setting of this unit has a memory function. 6. Adjust the working temperature (select heating if necessary; mechanical type without heating):
Mechanical type: Rotate the left temperature controller clockwise to the desired temperature (20 degrees or more). The heating indicator lights up and the heating element starts to work.
Digital type: The left digital screen displays 50 and the actual temperature XX , indicating that the default setting temperature is 50 degrees. Each time the TEMP+ or TMEP button is pressed, the temperature is adjusted up or down by 1 degrees C. 7. Shut down after completing work:
