Description

This toner is formulated with 1% Kojic Acid that helps effectively diminish dark spots and regulate melanin production. Contains 2% Niacinamide that aids in reducing pigmentation and strengthening the skin barrier. Enriched with Adenosine that helps revitalize the skin. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

How To Use After cleansing, apply a moderate amount to the face using a cotton pad or your hands.
