Reduces scalp heat, which is the main cause of hair loss, and maintains a healthy scalp condition through instant scalp cooling. Hair loss relief functional cosmetics tested and approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. This formula contains low pH level, no Silicone, no Paraben that protects the sensitive scalp and helps prevent dehydration, forming a healthier scalp.
