Dholak for parties/weddings/satsang - Very easy to tune - professional dholak, perfectly symmetrical round dholak

The dholak is primarily a folk instrument, lacking the precise tuning and playing techniques of the tabla or pakhawaj. Depending on its size, the drum is positioned with an interval of perhaps a perfect fourth or perfect fifth between the two heads.

The dholak is used in traditional and classical music, but over time it has become a must-have instrument in all kinds of music and bands. This instrument is widely used in weddings and other ceremonial functions in many parts of the world.
