How to use:
Hold the cap in place with your hand and turn the nozzle to the left to raise the head. (If it does not rise, tighten the cap and turn it again.)
Next, press the head several times until the contents come out.
Take an appropriate amount onto a towel or sponge soaked in warm water, lather well, then wash, then rinse thoroughly.
