How to use:
Shake well until you hear a ticking sound.
Shake at least 5 times after the sound.
After shaking well, to prevent the contents from overflowing, turn the cap up and tap the bottom of the bottle with the palm of your hand at least 5 times to drop the liquid at the mouth of the bottle down, then slowly open the cap.
