I don't understand what's going on. I ordered the item on 13.03.2026. On 17.04.2026, I received a message from Joom stating that it was delivered on 15.04.2026. WHERE???? I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. AND TODAY IS 21.04.206. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. MY POST OFFICE DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE TRACKING NUMBERS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT VALID. IT'S NOT ENOUGH THAT IT TAKES OVER A MONTH, THEN AT THE END, A NOTIFICATION ABOUT ALLEGED DELIVERY. AND THE WORST THING IS, IT'S NOT JUST ONE ITEM. I CURRENTLY HAVE 5 SUCH. 24.04.2026. Very nice product and visibly effective already after the first use. After application to the skin, it spreads beautifully and has a pleasant, delicate aroma. My facial skin and décolletage felt as if they had been awakened and immersed in water. Very pleasant feeling after application, and the next day the skin tone was evened out, wrinkles were partially smoothed out (they were very deep before, as they are expression lines). Additionally, I have also been using a snail mucin cream daily for many months, so my wrinkles are now almost invisible. I recommend it.

I've been trying it for a week and it's not for me, it leaves my skin smooth, but in my case, even applying the moisturizer makes my skin very dry and I don't feel comfortable, I have to say that I have dry, very thin and delicate skin, a shame I was hoping that because of its ingredients it would hydrate more, I'll leave it for the summer to see if with the heat, it works better for me.

What I can say is that the package arrived very well protected and the box was not damaged. It shipped very quickly. I can rate the shipment, but not if the cream is good or bad. It is my first purchase and I think I should wait a few weeks to really see. if it is of quality and serves according to your specifications, a very serious and responsible seller

Claimed that the items were sent & delivered but no parcel received. The other parcel received was from another supplier (2 items ordered & only 1 item received) intentionally sent only 1 despite ordering 2 (look at the packaging). After few days of waiting from customer service, I demanded refund which was granted.

The one that arrived is different from the photos, but I assume it is the same product, arrived on time and carefully packaged and beautifully sealed. They added some samples which I really liked. I give 4 stars because I still have to evaluate the quality of the product, I will update later.
