Dark patchouli settles first, earthy and intimate, with ylang ylang adding a soft floral warmth and juniper berry bringing a cleaner, greener edge. This 10 ml essential oil blend is made for slow evenings, quiet baths and small self-care rituals where scent helps set the tone.
Scent and character
Patchouli gives the blend its grounded base, deep, warm and slightly resinous.
Ylang ylang softens the mood with a rounded floral sweetness.
Juniper berry cuts through the richness with a fresh, aromatic brightness.
The overall character is sensual rather than sugary, suited to unhurried evening rituals.
A dark amber-brown bottle and black ribbed cap keep the look simple and practical.
Patchouli, juniper berry and ylang ylang
The blend brings together three strongly characterful botanicals: earthy patchouli, aromatic juniper berry and floral ylang ylang. The focus here is on the finished scent rather than how each oil was produced.
How to use it with care
Add a few drops to a bath only after diluting it properly in a suitable base oil. For skin use, dilute before applying to areas such as the wrists, feet or back of the neck.
Patch test before wider use. Avoid use during pregnancy, with children, or around pets without guidance from a qualified professional, as essential oils can be potent.
A softer scent ritual
Patchouli has long been used in perfumery for depth and staying power, often giving blends a warm, earthy base. Ylang ylang is valued for its lush floral scent, while juniper berry is associated with a crisp, evergreen-like freshness. Together they create a blend that feels intimate and atmospheric, the kind of scent to use when the day is slowing down and the room is becoming quieter.
