In Ayurveda, the lotus is considered a sacred plant that symbolizes spiritual purity.
It can relieve irritation, soothe the skin, and serve as a natural tonic.
It has antiseptic properties, perfectly cleanses the skin of various kinds of impurities, narrows pores, heals wounds, and eliminates acne.
Prevents dryness and peeling of the skin.
Restores hair structure, gives it vitality and strengthens it along its entire length.
Hair becomes silky and shiny.
Method of application:
Preparation of the mask: 1 tsp. of powder diluted with warm water to the consistency of a paste. Apply the mixture to the desired area of the skin: face, décolleté, hands, scalp, hair, etc. Leave for 15-20 minutes, as a mask. Rinse with warm water. If necessary, wipe the skin of the face with a tonic and apply a nourishing cream.
Preparation of the decoction: Pour 1 tbsp. of powder with water (500 ml), bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes. Insist for 3-5 hours. Strain.
Preparation of tincture: Pour 1 tbsp. of powder with warm water (500 ml) and leave overnight. Strain. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days. Use for washing, wiping the face, and rinsing hair after washing.
Contraindications: Individual sensitivity.
