Mung Bean Sprouting Seeds 50 g are a top choice for home sprouting thanks to their mild, fresh taste and excellent nutritional value. The sprouts are crisp and delicate, reminiscent of young green peas, making them a versatile addition to everyday meals as well as Asian-inspired dishes.
They work perfectly in salads, noodle and rice dishes, vegetable bowls, casseroles, and recipes with curry. Enjoy them raw for maximum crunch or lightly sautéed for a softer texture. Mung bean sprouts are a natural source of easily digestible protein and provide a wide range of vitamins (including E and B-group) and minerals. Regularly included in a balanced diet, they are also appreciated for supporting healthy cholesterol levels.
