In a town where humans and Pokémon coexist, you take on a case with a talking old man named Pikachu.
"I'm Pikachu, and if I may say so myself... I'm a great detective!" The Pikachu that appears is a little different from usual! He loves coffee, and his face and mannerisms are just like an old man.
Despite his haughty attitude and behavior, the self-proclaimed "great detective" talking Pikachu (CV: Yamadera Koichi) and his partner, the young man Tim (CV: Uemura Yuto), are somehow lovable. Together with the town's Pokémon, they work together to solve the mysteries of various incidents that occur in Ryme City, a town where humans and Pokémon coexist.
