You can choose from three types: ① Softball mat set, ② Mat with rubber base, and ③ Replacement mat (prices vary for each).
The purpose of items ① to ③ is basically the same: "A training aid to help you master the hand-first technique, which is essential for hitting the ball without duffing and ensuring the lowest point of the swing is ahead of the ball's position."
When you swing, it leaves a white divot mark, leaving evidence even for a 1mm fat shot. Because it clearly shows even subtle fat shots that are undetectable on regular artificial turf, you can achieve more precise and solid contact. There's a practice video by professional golfer Yuushi Okuyama explaining how to use it (QR code attached to the product).
You'll realize that to hit the ball so that it leaves a mark before it does, you need to use your lower body and make contact with a hand-first motion to maintain consistency.
① The [Softball Mat Set] is primarily for practicing approach shots within 30 yards indoors at home. 30-yard approach shots are fundamental to all shots. Practicing this "business zone" daily is the quickest way to improve. If you can't leave a divot in the correct position, you certainly can't hit a full shot (please note that the mat may fly off if you attempt a full shot without securing it).
② The [Rubber Base Mat] is a heavy rubber base mat suitable for both approach shots and full shots (however, please note that the mat will move if you hit the base or if you hit a big fat shot with a high swing speed). Ball is not included. ● Mat size: 400mm (width) x 240mm (length) x 5mm (thickness)
③ The [Replacement Mat] is a replacement mat for the rubber base mat. Repeat full shots, and if the mat becomes damaged, simply peel off the mat portion (using Velcro) and replace it.

Even a 1mm duff is instantly visible! This practice mat is like magic, making duff marks disappear instantly. Chucks and tops around the green are the worst, aren't they?! They really make you feel bad. You think you're hitting it properly, but strictly speaking, the club is coming in from the front... Many golfers are like this. First, let's check what kind of approach you're making with this mat. A 30-yard short swing will create a solid contact like a pro! Did you know that this approach practice is actually the best way to build the foundation for a full swing? Pro K, who devises various practice methods, also seems to practice this short swing in situations where even a 1mm mistake is unacceptable, such as in a bunker. This is the most important part of the swing, known as the so-called business zone. It's no exaggeration to say that the trajectory of this part is everything in the swing. Duffs caused by scooping up and hand-lag, which are common among amateurs, occur because the wrist angle unwinds before impact, preventing hand-first contact. If you master the correct ball contact with this practice mat...
This means that your technique is gradually corrected so that you can hit the ball with a hand-first position even on a full shot.
