[100% in-house production] Production is managed by our headquarters in Kyoto, and we also have Japanese staff stationed locally, ensuring the same quality control as our Japanese-made products. / [Expressing traditional colors] Traditional Japanese colors can only be expressed using Japanese dyes, so all dyes are brought in from Japan. / [Same tools as in Japan] The dye brushes and paintbrushes needed for dyeing, the machinery needed for dyeing, and the tenter machines used to stretch the fabric are all shipped from Japan to our Chinese factory. / [Original designs] Kyoto Rakukakian releases new products for each season. All designs are original and planned at our Kyoto headquarters. Our meticulously trained staff dye our high-quality patterns, which cannot be replicated by other companies. [Linen Fabric Production Capacity] Currently, most linen sold in Japan is made in China. However, just like in Japan, economic development in China has led to a decline in weaving producers. Therefore, in 2011, we established our own linen fabric weaving factory. We hope to support this traditional craft, however small our contribution may be, to prevent it from disappearing from the world. / [Meticulous Inspection System] We inspect products in our Chinese factory, and after they arrive in Japan, our Japanese staff inspect each and every item before delivering it to you. *Product images are as close to the actual product colors as possible, but the actual colors may differ slightly depending on your monitor settings.
