Feature:
1. Comprehensive Protection for Your Vehicle s Electrical System: Compatible with both 12V (9 16.5V) and 24V (19 31.5V) DC systems, it precisely delivers three core protections: undervoltage, overvoltage, and overcurrent. Automatically disconnects at 11.8V+ 0.25V undervoltage and 15.5V+ 0.25V overvoltage for 12V systems, with corresponding thresholds of 23.6V+ 0.5V and 31.5V+ 0.5V for 24V systems. After an overcurrent trigger, it enables intelligent delayed reconnection. A red indicator light instantly alerts you to reverse polarity, fundamentally preventing battery drain, overcharging, and circuit damage.
2. Low Power Consumption, High Performance Design, Stable under Heavy Loads: With a static power consumption as low as 50 µA and zero standby drain, it effectively extends battery life when the vehicle is stationary. Capable of handling load currents up to 240 Amps, easily managing high current scenarios like engine starts and simultaneous operation of multiple electrical devices. Automatic protection engages when current exceeds 240A+ 10percent for 12V systems or 120A+ 10percent for 24V systems, disconnecting for 10 seconds followed by a 120 second intelligent reconnection attempt, balancing safety and convenience.
3. Built for Harsh Environments: Rated IP65 for protection against water and dust, standing up to rain, snow, muddy roads, and other complex conditions. Operating temperature range from 29 degrees C to +71 degrees C ( 20 degrees F to +160 degrees F), ensuring stable performance in extreme heat or cold. Specially designed anti misoperation mechanism prevents accidental power off during engine start and refueling, providing reliable, continuous power supply for long distance driving, outdoor work, and similar scenarios.
4. Broad Compatibility: This battery disconnect switch is suitable for vehicles with engine displacement less than 4.0L, including sedans, SUVs, off road vehicles, MPVs, minivans, pickup trucks, and new energy vehicles.
5. Remote and Manual Dual Control: Supports remote control (with priority) and manual button operation, with automatic identification for 12V 24V systems. Remote pairing is completed in three easy steps: long press the pairing button to enter learning mode, then press the ON OFF buttons to trigger three flashes each for successful pairing. Stores up to 20 pairing codes, and a single remote can control up to 10 controllers simultaneously, offering flexibility for multi user access or multi vehicle management.
