The order was delivered in 15 days as a registered mail and was well packed in a strong plastic envelope. This is a toy for rodents. I bought this ball for my rabbits. I had recently ordered balls, but since most were made of thinner branches and fibers, some of them didn't last very long 😊 as it is with rodents. This time I ordered a wooden ball and it even has a small bell integrated into it. Now it always rings when the bunnies play with it. I think the construction is very stable and I think it will last longer than the straw balls. But I will order other toys so that I have a small supply for the little ones. By the way, everything was odorless. So I have no qualms about letting my rabbits play damiz. Overall, everything is very well made and I am very satisfied with the product and the seller. I would be happy to recommend both.

20 days late in arriving home (Spain). Well... nice as in the photo if you can see it in your hand. Although very expensive for what it is. And it is not very practical and I would even say that it is uncomfortable for the animal. In fact, I used it a couple of times and I've already left it lying in a corner. Because the animal is not comfortable, since the upper part is only straps and you have to adjust them a lot so that it does not come off and that makes the straps squeeze the body. And if you leave it a little loose, the harness will come off. What I said... pretty, but it's not comfortable for the animal.

Do not waste your money it’s not only dangerous for any animal it’s very small and badly made. I did not give to my dog as it fell apart on the first bounce and I found inside sharp crushed plastic and the light bit itself is three watch batteries on a bit of plastic bad choking hazard. If you want your pet to die buy this if the chard’s of plastic don’t get them then the teeth puncturing the batteries will. KEEP AWAY!!!

Delivery time 16 days Unfortunately, I am not convinced of the product. Ordered the pads for my boxer lady as a tear stain streak has formed on the white case under her left eye. Was hoping to get rid of this stain with the pads. Have now tried several times with the pads (also with rubbing). Result: no difference to the initial state. In my opinion not recommended.

Well received the package in question however, a long enough waiting time plus the led device of the collar does not work at all. Also the tab which normally must be removed to operate the led was not there either. I am quite above the package received and ask to be able to obtain a goodwill gesture or a refund for the product.

The bowls are unfortunately made of thin plastic, so it probably won't last very long. Otherwise I like it very much and the system with the water bottle works perfectly. It would only be better if the bowls were of higher quality. I'm curious how long we will actually enjoy it.
