[Aluminum TAP-5] Until now, our trekking poles have only been made of carbon fiber, but we have received many requests for a more durable model and a pole that can be used with confidence for long-distance treks and camping. This model uses an aluminum shaft that can withstand impacts and heavy loads, and can still be used even if it bends! Thanks to the high durability unique to aluminum, this model prioritizes "resistance to breakage" and "reliability," and can deliver stable performance even in bad weather, on rocky terrain, and during prolonged use. It can also be used for snow mountain climbing and backcountry skiing. [Only 240g] Lightweight (+approx. 50g) almost as light as carbon fiber! This is an original trekking pole that can be used all-around in all four seasons. Except for the shaft material, it has the same design as the TAP-5 carbon fiber series.
【Attention to Detail in Materials】The rubber grip is made of lightweight EVA material, providing amazing anti-slip performance. It accommodates any grip style and is perfect for any situation. Furthermore, the lightweight strap maintains strength while providing exceptional comfort.
【Compact Storage】The TAP-5 is adjustable from 105 to 125 cm when in use. When not in use, it can be stored in a mere 35 cm. It fits neatly into a backpack, making it safe to use on public transportation such as trains and buses. When folded, it is small enough to be carried on board an airplane, making it perfect for long-distance mountain climbing and expeditions.
【One of a Kind】The TAP-5 incorporates cutting-edge trekking pole technology. Lightweight, portable, strong, and stylish, it's an original product designed entirely in-house. It can also be used as a trail running pole without any problems.
[Real-world testing on the 100 Famous Mountains routes] To ensure safe and reliable use, FUJIKAZE trekking poles undergo rigorous field testing of over 200km on the 100 Famous Mountains routes in Japan before going on sale. We deliver them to our customers only after confirming their performance in challenging mountaineering environments such as rocky terrain, steep climbs, and long distances.
