The Qualities of a A Financial Analog Game for Training CEO

Number of players: Maximum 4 (3-4 recommended) "The CEO's Potential" is a board game-style educational tool for 2 to 4 players that allows them to learn about business management and finance while having fun. (Estimated play time: 2 hours or more) The game is set in the retail industry. Players each become company managers and grow their companies through purchasing goods, sales, capital investments, and events. Since the timing of payment collection differs for each transaction, players can experience the realities of managing finances. By recording in-game transactions on the included accounting sheet (compatible with P/L and B/S), players can naturally understand the flow of money and profit structure. In addition to competing with each other, there are also cooperative elements where players sometimes purchase and sell together to achieve goals. Players can learn essential business management points such as income and expenditure management, investment timing, and risk management in a fun way. The game includes two modes (rules) within one educational tool: "Easy" and "Normal," allowing players to adjust the difficulty and time according to the level of the participants. Even those who are not good with numbers can participate with confidence. Please feel free to use this as a tool for business schools and corporate training programs.
