【Please note】
* When not in use, please store in a well-ventilated place. Leaving it on a cold floor or similar surface will prevent sweat and moisture from escaping, causing mold to grow. Mold growth is not covered under warranty, so please be careful.
* Store Tempur(R) products in a dry environment (maximum relative humidity of 65%).
* Tempur(R) material may feel slightly firm for a while after purchase. It will become more comfortable with use. It may feel firmer in colder temperatures and softer in warmer temperatures, but rest assured that this does not affect the pressure distribution effect.
*Except for washable items, Tempur® material cannot be washed, dry cleaned, ironed, or tumble dried. If there are stains or dirt on the surface of the Tempur® material, gently wipe with a damp cloth that has been wrung out tightly.
*In the event of a manufacturing defect or material defect, or if a clear indentation of 2cm or more occurs in the Tempur® material, please refer to the attached booklet or the Tempur® official website for details.
