Description:
OE 6P1246 Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Valve, High-precision replacement part for reliable crankcase emission control, engine performance protection and fuel efficiency maintenance for compatible vehicle models
Features:
1. Extreme Temperature & Oil Resistant Housing: Industrial-grade PBT engineering plastic shell withstands temperature ranges from -40 Celsius to 125 Celsius , resists corrosion from engine oil and crankcase blow-by gases, prevents cracking or softening under prolonged harsh under-hood conditions, eliminating ventilation failure caused by housing deformation.
2. Precision Flow Regulation Structure: Built-in high-precision stainless steel spring and zinc-plated plunger assembly automatically adjusts opening degree based on real-time engine operating conditions, controls crankcase blow-by gas flow accurately, prevents blow-by accumulation and oil deterioration, reduces exhaust emissions, and improves engine combustion efficiency.
3. Leak-proof Sealing Design: Oil-resistant nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) sealing ring achieves seamless fit between the valve and connecting pipelines, blocks air and oil leakage, avoids abnormal intake vacuum that causes unstable idling and increased fuel consumption, and extends the service life of the intake system.
4. OE Standard Direct Fit: Manufactured strictly in accordance with OE 6P1246 original factory dimensional specifications, 1:1 matches the installation position of compatible vehicle models, supports direct replacement without modification, brings easy installation, no extra debugging required, and perfectly matches original ventilation system parameters.
5. Clog-resistant & Wear-proof Structure: Polished internal flow channel and wear-resistant coated plunger reduce the adhesion of impurities in blow-by gases, lower clogging risk, extend service life, cut down maintenance frequency, and avoid engine wear and air filter pollution caused by blocked PCV valves.
