【Voltage Compatibility】
Our products are selected to support international voltage ranges (e.g. 100–240V).
However, please make sure your local voltage is compatible before use, as incorrect voltage may still cause malfunction.
【Plug Type】
Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type).
Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.
【Important Note on Transformers and Adapters】
A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements.
A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage.
Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.
【Liability】
We are not responsible for malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, such as operating the product without appropriate voltage or equipment.

About Kiwi Ears: Pursuing superior audio reproduction capabilities, Kiwi Ears perfectly combines technological innovation with a superb tuning strategy. Developing professional in-ear monitors without compromise to meet the demands of audiophiles and recording studio engineers, Kiwi Ears delivers an incredible musical immersion. Every driver is handcrafted by engineers, ensuring no driver quality issues and a truly exceptional musical experience.
Superior Bass Reproduction: Adopting a new coaxial dual dynamic diaphragm design, it features dual 10mm titanium diaphragm dynamic drivers. All drivers are driven by independent dual magnetic flux, and the dual dynamic diaphragms support passive phase synchronization. This new subwoofer design delivers a tighter, faster, deeper, and exceptionally extended sub-bass kick compared to conventional woofer designs.
Natural Sound: Designed to meet the demands of professional musicians and audio engineers, these headphones deliver sound quality similar to recording studio in-ear monitors. The 3-way design and complex layering effectively reduce THD+N. Bass frequencies are limited to the sub-bass range, with a peak of 8dB from 20Hz to 200Hz. Treble frequencies are tailored to the human ear's perception, with a peak of 7dB at 2.5kHz, gradually decaying from 10kHz. The sound tubes, manufactured to international standards, are compatible with most eartips.
Custom Balanced Armature Drivers: Equipped with custom mid-high frequency balanced armature drivers and custom ultra-high frequency tweeter balanced armature drivers. These drivers have been modified to match the balance of the new dynamic drivers with a vent system tuned to provide more airflow. The midrange delivers a crisp, clean tone without dulling or nasal vocals or instruments, while the treble has the sparkling detail to withstand professional performances, yet delivers a natural sound without sarcasm or fatigue.
Product Specifications and Design: Featuring a 2DD+2BA hybrid structure, these earphones boast a detachable cable design with both a 3.5mm stereo plug and a 0.78mm 2-pin connector. Ergonomically designed, these high-end earphones are suitable for a variety of uses, including studio work, instrument practice, movie watching, TV viewing, indoor use, and mixing.
Product Support: If the headset pins are loose, you can use tweezers to slightly adjust them towards the center for a more secure fit. Please contact us immediately if there are air bubbles or other issues on the headset panels or other parts, or if any accessories are damaged. We also address issues with damaged headphone paddles or sound deviations.
