1. This module uses an imported MOS management chip, with four 0.9mΩ, 320A high-power MOS tubes on board, and the temperature rise is very low due to excessive current.
2. Since this product does not need to be grounded, according to the official technical information document, after actual measurement, the voltage after passing through the ideal diode will fluctuate by about 0.03~0.2V (different currents have different fluctuation voltages. All ideal diodes on the market that do not need to be grounded have the same problem). When 98 is turned on, the fluctuation voltage is the lowest point, and the heat generation is also the lowest. 2 of the time, the chip is powered through the diode in the body. At this time, the voltage fluctuation is the largest and the heat generation is also the largest.
3. Suitable for replacing high-current diodes, batteries, and solar panels to prevent backflow and reverse flow. Series connection at the input end of the power supply is ideal for preventing reverse connection.
Note:
1. There is no limit to the input voltage, but there are reverse voltage requirements.
2. The reverse voltage is lower than 40V (the difference between the output voltage minus the input voltage cannot be higher than the input voltage 40V). For example: the input is connected to a 24V power supply, and the output can be connected to 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, and 60V batteries. Batteries above 72V cannot be connected because the 72V-24V input is -48V. If the input is not connected to a power supply and there is no voltage input at the input end, the output can be connected to a voltage below 40V. If the output is connected to a voltage above 40V, the chip will be damaged.
3. If it is used to prevent backfill, the output must be disconnected first.
4. Because it is not grounded, the output voltage fluctuates by about 0.3V. Not suitable for products with voltage accuracy.
