🔌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS (Please read before ordering) Our products are made for the Japanese market. The points below are Japanese specifications, not defects. Please check that the product can be used in your country BEFORE you order.

1️⃣ Voltage ・Japanese electrical products are designed for 100V (Japan standard). ・Most other countries use 110V, 127V, 220V or 230V. Using the product on a different voltage can cause a malfunction, overheating or fire. ・Please check the label on the product or the AC adapter first. ・If it says "AC 100-240V", the product is dual voltage. You only need a plug adapter, not a transformer. ・If it says "AC 100V" only, you MUST use a step-down transformer.

2️⃣ Plug Type ・Our products use the Japanese plug type (Type A, or Type B with a ground pin). ・Please use a plug conversion adapter if the socket shape is different in your country.

3️⃣ Transformer and Conversion Adapter (Very Important) ・A transformer changes the voltage to match the product. A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does NOT change the voltage. ・Using only a conversion adapter, without a transformer, may destroy the product immediately. ・Please choose a transformer with enough capacity (watts) for the product. ・Some products with electronic control or a motor may not work correctly even with a transformer.

4️⃣ Power Frequency (50Hz / 60Hz) ・Japan uses 50Hz in the east and 60Hz in the west. Some products are made for one frequency only. ・With a different frequency, a motor or a timer may run faster or slower, or the product may not work. ・Please check the frequency mark on the product label.

5️⃣ Japanese Language Display ・The display, menu, buttons, voice guidance and printed labels are generally in Japanese only. ・In most Japanese domestic models, the language CANNOT be changed to English or another language. ・The instruction manual is in Japanese. We recommend a smartphone camera translation app.

6️⃣ Region and Broadcasting Limits ・DVD players and discs are Japan region (DVD Region 2 / Blu-ray Region A). They may not play discs from your country. ・Radios are made for the Japanese FM band (76-95MHz). Some stations in your country may not be received. ・Game consoles and software may be limited to Japanese region accounts or services.

7️⃣ Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Smart Devices ・Wireless products are certified for use in Japan. Channels, frequency bands and legal rules are different in each country. ・Apps and network services connected to the product may be available only in Japan, or may require a Japanese account, phone number or address. ・Please confirm that use of the product is legal in your country. This is the responsibility of the buyer.

8️⃣ Batteries and Chargers ・Products with a lithium battery follow international air transport rules. The shipping method and delivery time can be different from other items. ・A charger, cradle or AC adapter included with the product is a Japanese 100V type. 9️⃣ Warranty, Repair and Parts ・The included maker's warranty card is for use inside Japan only. International warranty and repair service is generally not available. ・Consumable and replacement parts (filters, blades, cartridges, batteries, accessories) may be sold only in Japan.
