Gas for refilling the air conditioning in the car:

The FixClima air conditioning kit is fully compatible with all oils found in air conditioning systems - ESTER and PAG (synthetic and mineral).

FixClima contains a synthetic lubricant that enhances the efficiency and safety of the compressor, improving its lubricity, which better dissipates heat generated during compressor operation, reducing the risk of compressor failure.

Instructions for use of the kit: - In the hose on the needle valve, retract the needle as far as possible (by turning the knob counterclockwise). - Screw the valve onto the can. - Start the car's engine and air conditioning (closed-circuit mode, maximum power, lowest temperature). - Connect the hose with the pressure gauge to the vehicle's low pressure valve and position the can with the valve down. - Measure the pressure in the system (see the pressure gauge description section). - Turn the knob clockwise to pierce the can with the needle and begin filling. - Stop charging when the pressure gauge needle is in the green area, i.e. between 25 and 55 PSI. - Disconnect the FixClima hose from the car's system and screw the nut onto the vehicle's low pressure hose. - Leave the car with the engine running and the air conditioning settings as in step 3 for another several minutes. - After about two weeks, repeat step 5, i.e. check the system pressure.

Markings on the pressure gauge:

GREEN color - range 25-55 PSI: correct, preferred pressure in the system. System filled correctly (see chart below).

PRESSURE AND AMBIENT TEMPERATURE:

The correct pressure in the air conditioning system indicated by the pressure gauge will vary depending on the ambient temperature:

TEMPERATURE - PRESSURE: - 18C - 25-35 PSI - 21C - 35-40 PSI - 24C - 35-45 PSI - 27C - 40-50 PSI - 29C - 45-55 PSI - 32C - 45-55 PSI - 35C - 50-55 PSI - 38C - 50-55 PSI - 41C - 55 PSI - 43C - 55 PSI

The system can also be charged below 18C, but in such a situation the pressure gauge will indicate a pressure below 25 PSI.

Specifications and key features: - White Color - Range 0-25 Psi: too low pressure in the system. Refrigerant must be topped up. - Red Color - Above 55 Psi: The system pressure is too high. Reduce it to the correct level.
