LEATHER PLATFORM SHOES These AIYUQI shoes are fantastic and even better than I had imagined! I've been avoiding ordering shoes on Joom because I've never fit into a shoe that I've ordered online without trying on first. Plus, returning shoes is expensive! Every brand has slightly different measurements for each size and while I'm normally a 37 or 38 European, I've bought shoes that fit me from 35 to 39. So, I measured my feet (23 cm) and read the reviews from every blogger I could find regarding this brand's sizing since this particular pair had no reviews. What most of them said was that they either took their normal size or one size larger. The size chart said my 23 cm would translate to a size 36, which is usually too small for my medium wide feet. With no reviews to go off of, I took the plunge and bought the 37, which the chart said was a size up at 23.5 cm. I was right! 😄 When I unwrapped the shoes, which came to me in a secure heavy duty bubble wrap in a bag, I could tell they looked like my size and when I put them on my feet they fit perfectly. The leather outsides look authentic to me and are without blemishes. I am wearing medium thickness socks in the photos - thick wool socks are a bit snug, but medium and thin ones are very comfortable. In addition to some serious foam inserts, they were individually wrapped in bags, and come with free insoles. Both the insoles and the sides of the shoes are soft, padded, and so comfortable. The toe box is fairly wide so if you have wider feet this could be a great style for you. Shipping time was fairly quick; about 2,5 weeks from China to western Europe. I'm so pleased with this purchase; I'd definitely buy from this company again and would recommend them to all. Thanks to the seller for such well made shoes and the extra insoles! 😁

WOMEN'S LEATHER FUR LINED BOOTS I had been eyeing these boots for months, so when I got my monthly discount on the 3rd, I happily bought them. I'd purchased a wonderful pair of comfortable shoes from Aiyuqi previously, so I assumed these would be the same quality, but I was unfortunately wrong. 😩😞 👢 These are both damaged and made of low quality materials. 2 eyelets have fallen out of the holes and more are loose and will fall out soon. There are also pen marks on the leather. 👢 They were apparently exposed to water which damaged the not-stainless steel metal eyelets, rusting each one so much that the rust stained the leather brown. They are all rough now and are scratching the leather, damaging it further. If you buy these, do NOT wear them out in snow or rain. 👢 The last pair of shoes I bought from this company were very supportive with soft insoles with arch supports. These are lined with fur and the bottoms are hard and flat. Thankfully I sized up from my normal 37 - 38 and took a 39 so I can add an insole. ✈ Shipping was just over 3 weeks from China to western Europe and these came wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap. I recommended this seller to so many people and am not sure if I should anymore, but I hope this was just a one-off unlucky experience. 😞👎
