Can the pillow be washed? If I wash it in the washing machine, will the filling get uneven? Yes, it can be washed! To maintain its fluffiness, we recommend placing it in a laundry net and using a gentle wash cycle like "hand wash (dry) mode." Before drying, gently pat it from all sides to reshape the filling, and then air dry for a plump finish.
Is a pillow cover necessary? Will standard sizes fit? You can use the pillow as is, but to keep it clean for a longer time, we recommend using a cover. It is made in a standard size (43x63), so it will fit easily into your existing cover!
What is the height and firmness of the pillow? It is soft and fluffy, with a standard height that gently sinks when you rest your head on it. The ample hollow fiber filling traps air, making it perfect for those who dislike firm pillows or prefer a fluffy, hotel-like sleeping experience. If it feels a bit low, you can fluff it by gently shaking it from both sides to restore its volume.
What condition will it arrive in? Will it be flat when opened? It is sent in a compressed pack for compactness. It may feel thin right after delivery, but once you take it out of the bag and knead it to allow air to fill it, the original fluffiness will return. Please rest assured. Note: Compression marks will naturally disappear in a few days.
