Vacuum Packaging & Temporary Creases
To ensure safe transit and optimize shipping costs, our rugs are folded and vacuum-compressed. Due to the long international transit time (561667+ days), it is normal for the rug to have creases or fold marks upon arrival, especially for larger sizes.
Please note: These creases are a result of the packaging process and are NOT a quality defect. They do not affect the rug's functionality, durability, or safety.
The creases will naturally flatten and fade over time with regular use and foot traffic. For a quicker recovery, you may reverse-roll the rug or place heavy objects (like furniture or books) on the creased areas for a few days.
