It feels like it was sitting in the sun for ten years, or like it's a cheap, dangerous counterfeit. I honestly felt nauseous and had to run to the bathroom immediately to wash it off. The customer service does not react helpfully and takes no responsibility. Instead of a solution, I was left alone with the problem. Returns are supposed to be sent to South Korea at my own expense, which is completely unreasonable.. For me it's clear: Never again!
