BANDAI SPIRITS RG Mobile Suit Gundam Chars Counterattack 1 144 Scale Color-Coded Plastic Model

The Amuro Ray's mobile suit from "Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack" is included in the RG lineup. Various gimmicks are condensed into 1/144 scale to reproduce the mechanisms and poses from the setting and the film, along with original gimmicks based on real machine research. The precise parts composition balances the enjoyment of building with the enjoyment of display, inspired by a 1/1 scale. The distinctive coloring of the ν Gundam is represented in molded colors, using three shades of light gray on the white body to enhance information density. Joints are built into the shoulder and abdomen, allowing for flexible movement. Twisting and shoulder extension are possible, enabling more dynamic posing. The shoulder armor contains a mechanism that expands significantly in conjunction with the internal joints, reducing interference between parts during weapon poses. The waist joint moves finely by block, expanding the leg movement range. It allows for a large forward knee extension, creating a powerful pose with a wide stance despite being 1/144 scale. The legs feature a "multi-link gimmick" that allows the armor to slide in conjunction with joint movement, naturally reproducing poses with significantly bent knees.
