Tsuboes exquisite grater box - daikon made Japan Tsubame Sanjo.

Experience the ultimate grating with the Quattro blade. The grater part is made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel, combining durability and ease of maintenance. It features a finely honed angled blade along with the Quattro blade, eliminating stress during grating. Additionally, it has claws on the top and bottom to prevent slipping out of the container while grating. The container is designed with an incline for easy grating with minimal effort. Using a 1.0mm thick plate, it has a simple design without curled edges for reinforcement, preventing dirt accumulation and ensuring hygiene. The finely honed angled blade allows for smooth grating without tearing the fibers, resulting in a silky texture of grated daikon. The silicone lid (base plate) serves three functions: it can be placed under the container as a non-slip mat while grating, used as a lid for storing grated ingredients, and as a cover during storage. The draining colander fits perfectly into the angled container. The bottom of the colander is raised to enhance drainage, allowing for effortless and waste-free use.
