All MIZQ즈 products are recorded by CCTV throughout receiving, inspection, delivery, and dispatch processes.
Delivery is handled by Hanjin Express. Shipping costs 2,500 KRW, and delivery is free for orders of 70,000 KRW or more. Same-day delivery is not provided as a general rule. Since products are not kept in stock for sale, delivery generally takes 1–4 days from the day after the order, excluding weekends. The arrival probability shown in the delivery simulator may differ from the actual delivery period. Customers in a hurry should contact us before purchasing.
Order cancellations and delivery-address changes are available only before 3 p.m. If delivery has begun for an order canceled after 3 p.m., the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee of 5,000 KRW. Orders placed between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. may be shipped the same day if stock is available, so please order carefully.
To change the color or option, cancel the order and place a new order. Due to system restrictions, the seller cannot arbitrarily change the option selected by the customer. Delivery messages are viewed by the delivery driver and are not separately checked by the seller. Please contact us through Q&A for requests before or after delivery.
If delivery is delayed for more than four days from the day after ordering, an individual delivery schedule will be sent by KakaoTalk and text message. Delays of one to three days after ordering may not receive a separate notice. Customers in a hurry should ask about the delivery schedule through the bulletin board before purchasing. If a return is requested because the product did not arrive on the desired date, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee of 5,000 KRW. Without a separate cancellation request, the customer is considered to have agreed to wait and the product will be shipped. Please cancel before shipment.
Returns and exchanges are handled by Hanjin Express. For exchanges, provide detailed reasons on the bulletin board. For returns or exchanges due to defects, send photographs of the defective area after delivery is completed so that the seller can confirm and provide instructions. Check for defects before wearing. Defects found after washing without inspection may be difficult to process.
For returns, requesting automatic pickup or manual pickup through Hanjin Express and deducting the round-trip shipping fee from the refund can speed up processing. Please include any gift received with the return. If it is not included, its value will be deducted from the refund. If returning directly through another carrier, ship it prepaid and contact the seller before sending.
Due to a recent increase in returns after orders made through multiple IDs, use of MIZQ즈 may become difficult if the number of returns from the same address exceeds 15 items within a three-month period. Additional return fees may be charged if the pickup quantity is large and the package is oversized or heavy. We will contact you if applicable.
Even when not worn, prevent scents from body cream, body mist, or similar products from transferring to the garment during fitting. If the garment cannot be resold due to transferred fragrance, the seller is not responsible for disadvantages arising from matters not disclosed in advance.
