The formula contains 392,000 ppm (39.2%) Lotus Flower Water and additional lotus flower, leaf and root extracts to help maintain a calm, balanced complexion. ROVECTIN also highlights 7 forms of Hyaluronic Acid for layered hydration without a sticky finish.
The toner also contains Betaine, Allantoin, Aquaxyl components such as Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol and Xylitol, plus Magnolia Kobus Bark Extract to support moisture retention and comfortable daily skin conditioning. It is suitable for all skin types, including dry, normal, combination, oily and sensitive skin.
